29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: The employer is failing to protect employees from an electric shock hazard. This was most recently observed on September 21, 2016 at 1011 Ellson Ave. Omaha Nebraska. The cord being used to charge the Gene Lift was crushed in several locations and showing exposed conductors and soiled with oil and grease.
