29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Dollar General Corporation/Dollar General Store # 12556 - On or about August 31, 2016, the employer did not ensure that material was to stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse. One area of the stockroom was observed as having unstable boxes stacked 7-8 feet high. 1. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which is inspection number 989776, citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2015 with respect to store number 12501 in Granite Shls, TX. which is in the Little Rock, AR Area Office jurisdiction. 2.
