29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. Employees performing framing operations at elevations of 6 feet or more above lower levels are not being protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on August 13, 2016, when employees performing framing operations, at 301 Johnson Bayou, Lot 80, Panama City Beach, FL 32413, were exposed to a 9 feet fall hazard above the ground in that they did not have a fall protection system installed.
