29 CFR 1926.601(b)(9): Seat belts and anchorages meeting the requirements of 49 CFR Part 571 (Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) were not installed in all motor vehicles: a) At the southwest side of the interior building, the seat belt in the SkyTrak lift, model 6042, serial # 0160038414, #FL2, did not meet the requirements of 49 CFR Part 571 in that it was not capable of adjustment to fit occupants, therefore exposing employees to crush by hazard.
