29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): Inspections and tests were not performed on process equipment. On or about 8/02/2016, at the Enterprise Products Operating facility located in Pasadena Texas, the employer did not test or calibrate gas detectors for loading and unloading areas such as but not limited to the following instances. Instance a) PT-3AT-0998 and PT-3AT-0999: Two gas detectors located at track 1&2 Instance b) PT-3AT-0901: One gas detector located at station #22 On or about 8/02/2016, at the Enterprise Products Operating facility located in Pasadena Texas, the employer did not performed function tests for safety critical instruments that include but are not limited to the following instances.
