29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts that the employee was exposed to were not de-energized before the work began in or near them. On July 26, 2016 employees of Lowery Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning engaged in HVAC repair work in a confined attic space of a residential home were working around live parts that were not de-energized before work began and exposed to electrical shock hazards.
