29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a)Chemical Room Area.: On or about July 12, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to loss of vision and skin burns and rashes, in that there is not an emergency eyewash in the work area for immediate emergency use when employee mixes Boost 320, a corrosive chemical with a ph of 10.0 14. 0 and Boost 3200 with a ph of 3.01 5.86.
