29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. On or about July 1, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the ground, beneath precast concrete erection activities, were not wearing hard hats to protect against being struck by falling equipment and materials, and elevated loads. Thereby exposing employees to struck by hazards.
