29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about May 25, 2016, and times there prior to, at the Express Mail section of the main floor, flexible cords were used to supply power to both emergency lights. The cords were affixed to the wall with metal brackets, covering the plug, exposing employees to electrical hazards. One bracket was pushed into the edges of the outlet cover creating a potential hot conductor.
