29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guard(s) were not provided where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet from the floor or working level: a) Shop; On or about May 25, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a squirrel cage fan which did not have the blades guarded.
