29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): Compliance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices was not documented: (a) Location - 262 Primrose Street, Haverhill, MA: On or about 5/26/2016, compliance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) was not documented in that the doors of the Primrose Engine Room were not provided with panic-type hardware. One applicable RAGAGEP, ANSI/IIAR 2-1999, requires the use of panic type hardware on machinery room doors.
