29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1): All Class I, II, and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas: a.) Facility - On or about 5/14/16, employees removed an approximately 15 x 7 foot section of wooden flooring, which contained a layer of asbestos-containing insulation materials (25% chrysotile) between the layers of wood. The employer did not ensure that the work (Class I) was conducted within a regulated area. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
