29 CFR 1926.64(h)(3)(ii): The contract employer shall assure that each contract employee is instructed in the known potential fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to his/her job and the process, and the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan: (a)Bilfinger Westcon, Inc. @ 29619 Spur Ave., Hudson, SD 57034: On and prior to May 6, 2016, the contract employer did not prepare the appropriate paperwork to document training that employees were instructed in the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan.
