29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about April 19, 2016 employees working inside an asbestos containment were exposed to carbon monoxide that exceeded 50.0ppm, as an eight hour time weighed average. Employees were not trained on the health hazards or signs and symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure.
