29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having both sides open, did not have one stair railing on each side: On or about 2/24/2016 in the Less Than Truck Load (LTL) Shelving Shop on the two mezzanines at 1501 Dials Mill Road , Statham, GA: Employees using the stairways to access the two upper mezzanine to store and remove plastic and other material were exposed to a fall hazard up to 8 feet from the stairways not equipped without stair railing on both open sides.
