29 CFR 1910.176(f): Derail and/or bumper blocks were not provided on spur railroad tracks where a rolling car could contact other cars being worked or enter a building, work or traffic area: a) Rail Dock: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to crushing hazards where no device was installed to prevent a rail car from rolling off the tracks and into an area designated for walking and vehicular traffic.
