29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 2143-49 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146: Employees performing framing were not trained in the recognition, avoidance and mitigation of fall hazards. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9ft. Conditions were observed on or about February 18, 2016.
