29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. On 2/05/2016, Warrenton Oil Company had a subcontractor installing veneer stone on the front of a commercial building located at 3257 County Road 211, Kingdom City, MO. Three of the subcontractors employees were working from mast scaffolding approximately twenty feet above the ground. A portion of the scaffolding was missing guardrail systems. Two of the employees were working in the area and were not protected by personal fall arrest systems.
