29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5cm) wide, except where the employer can demonstrate that a wider space is necessary. a) Jobsite - The working level of the tubular welded frame scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front and rear uprights thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten (10) feet. Observed on or about 29 January 2016.
