29 CFR 1926.651(h)(1): Employees were working in excavations in which there was accumulated water, or excavations in which water was accumulating, and adequate precautions had not been taken to protect employees against the hazards posed by water accumulation: a) 2050 Eastern Boulevard, Montgomery AL; On or about January 13 2016 the employer exposed employees to cave-in hazards in that employees were allowed to work inside of a trench measuring seven to ten feet deep, fifteen feet wide, and fifteen feet in length that was dug in class "b" soil with eight inches of accumulated water.
