29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards while engaging in material handling activities. This was most recently documented throughout the shop located at 731 S. Industrial Ct., Rose Hill, KS, where all three control levers on the Clark forklift (Model GCS300MB Serial G138MB-0464-6961KOF) were missing the markings to indicate which way the operator should move the lever to avoid striking someone or something.
