29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards. This condition was last observed on and about 02/17/16, at 2 Industrial Drive, Piedmont, MO 63957. Operators of the ILA-PAK Bagging Machine, m/n OF2000, s/n 074111001, who clear jams and perform other servicing activities are not trained in the following: a/ The applicable hazardous energy sources. b/ The methods and means necessary for energy isolation.
