29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M) Powered industrial truck operators did not receive one component of training regarding other operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate. A) At the plant where employees operating standup power industrial trucks, such as but not limited to PIT#15 (Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift NR4000) among others, were not instructed to be aware of horizontal intrusion hazards.
