29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. Where employees were exposed to fall hazards at the construction site, 11437 River Hills Rd, Festus, MO, including during the week of October 19, 2015, a training program, as described at 1926.503(a)(2)(i) through (viii), was not provided and implemented. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
