29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment: On October 29, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure his employees maintained a clearance distance of at least 10 feet between the overhead power lines and the heavy machinery they were operating, exposing the employees to electrical shock and electrocution hazards.
