29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: Section 3.4.4, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Compressed gas cylinder(s) not in use were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over: a) Extruder Press #3: This violation was observed on or about October 15, 2015, where acetylene cylinders were stored upright but were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over, exposing employees to fire and projectile hazards. b) Extruder Press #5: This violation was observed on or about October 15, 2015, where acetylene cylinders were stored upright but were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over, exposing employees to fire and projectile hazards.
