OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were permitted to operate off road utility vehicles without the use of the vehicle's seatbelts and cab safety nets: (a) Maxwell Ridge Road, West Union, WV: Employees were operating and riding in the Polaris Ranger 400 Midsize utility vehicle without wearing their seatbelts and engaging the cab safety nets on each side as determined on October 14, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
