29 CFR 1926.23: First aid services and provisions for medical care were not made available by the employer for every employee: a) Jobsite, 296 Dinnerbell Road, Butler, PA: On or about September 28, 2015: Employees were exposed to a medical emergency and no one onsite, including the foreman/owner, was trained in first aid to assist until medical personnel arrived over 15 minutes later.
