29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. This violation was observed on or about September 25, 2015 at a residential construction job site where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working on an elevated pump jack scaffold without the scaffold being secured at the bottom by a rigid triangular brace. Oscar Guzman was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(j)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989399, citation number 1 item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on September 04, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 8127 Laughing Falcon Trail, Conroe, TX, 77385.
