29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) For the Flour Bleaching Process - On or about September 30, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that employees, connecting and disconnecting chlorine ton container valves and replacing lead gaskets, could demonstrate knowledge of the content of Appendices A and B of the lead standard prior to initial assignment where there was the presence of occupational exposure to lead and the potential exposure to airborne lead dust in any concentration. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
