29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that each completed outlet box installed was equipped with a cover or face plate exposing employees to electrical hazards. Observed on or about 21 JULY 2015. Seitz Technological Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1000415, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04 MAR 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 160 Limestone Road, Oxford, PA.
