29 CFR 1910.134(g)(3)(vi)[B]: Employees located outside the IDLH atmospheres were not equipped with appropriate retrieval equipment for removing the employee(s) who entered these hazardous atmospheres where retrieval equipment would contribute to the rescue of the employee(s) (Construction Reference 1926.103): a) On or about July 6, 2015, on the 11th floor of the PDH-1 Unit, where the hole watch was not equipped with the appropriate retrieval equipment, such as a self-retracting winch, for employees that had entered an IDLH atmospheres.
