29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Jobsite - On or about September 14, 2015 employee worked from the top of a special purpose personnel elevator car without guardrail system or personal fall arrest system. Modified to: 29CFR 1926.850(g): Where a hazard existed to employees of falling through wall openings, the employer did not protect the opening to a height of approximately 42 inches.
