29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about 8/27/15 at a demolition project located at 1111 Allen Street, Jamestown, New York; employees were not trained or instructed to recognize and avoid hazardous conditions such as, but not limited to, fall hazards, struck-by hazards, fire hazards, collapse hazards and electrical hazards. The employees were also not instructed in the regulations applicable to the work being performed to control or eliminate the numerous hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
