29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) K Plant, area behind the #1, #2, #3 and #6 presses, 6th and Center Streets, Tarentum, Pennsylvania 15084: Observed on or about July 28, 2015, dust, including graphite dust, accumulated on the floor behind the presses. The dust created a slip hazard for employees walking and operating forklifts in the area.
