29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), was not kept in covered containers when not actually in use: (a) On or about 8/5/2015, at Building 31 paint booth area, for the painter working next to 5 gallon bucket with open lid, containing flammable universal flushing solvent. The employer did not ensure container was covered when not in use.
