29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. Establishment: Employees were exposed to shock hazards from exposed electrical wires located in their work areas such as but not limited to the main growing area, boiler area and around coal furnaces. Ace Begonias, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1000871, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2a, issued on 12/23/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 231 Seymour Rd., Woodbridge, CT 06525 and became a final order on 1/22/2015.
