29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a. At the workplace located at 845 E. Markison Ave., Columbus, Ohio, the employer did not develop or document energy control procedures for employees that were engaged in activities on equipment, such as, but not limited to, automatic resistance welding machines, roll forming machines, and wire drawing machines, where the unexpected energizing, start up or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury.
