The PHA done in 2007 and in prior years did not address the control room location near the Latex processing equipment. 2. The PHA done in 2007 and in prior years did not address the location of the round sump diversion tank which is near the area where a tank semi trailer is brought in and stored; the possibility of a vehicle strike was not addressed in the PHA.
