29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: Affordable Exteriors project site at 7503 Feith St. Weston, WI: On 5/19/15, two extension cords supplying 120v power to a circular saw on the roof were spliced together and the splice covered with duct tape, exposing workers to shock, burn, and potential fall hazards from the roof to ground in the event of a shock.
