29 CFR 1917.48(i)(1): Conveyors were not stopped and their power sources were not locked out and tagged out during maintenance, repair, and servicing, except where the power was necessary for testing. (a) On March 25, 2015 the inspection revealed that keys were left in the locks used as a control of hazardous energy for conveyor maintenance and cleaning, potentially exposing employees to serious injury. Located at the SE corner of the dock.
