29 CFR 1910.307(b): Documentation for areas designated as hazardous (classified) locations under the Class and Zone system and areas designated under the Class and Division system established after August 13, 2007 was not available to those authorized to design, install, inspect, maintain, or operate electric equipment at the location: On or about March 10, 2015 the employer did not provide documentation that the drilling area of the rig floor is a hazardous location. This violation occurred at the well site off of County Road 2401 exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
