29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about February 19, 2015: Employees working on and servicing equipment in the production area of the facility located at 2238 Washington Road, Thomson, Georgia are exposed to amputation injuries due to the employer not developing, documenting and utilizing hazardous energy control procedures for, but not limited to the Extruder and WTU 450 Winder (electrical and pneumatic).
