29 CFR 1918.11(a): The employer used the vessel's cargo handling gear without ascertaining that the vessel had a current and valid cargo gear register and certificates in accordance with ILO 152 recommendations. F/V Pavlof, Delta Western dock, Main deck: On or about 7 February 2015 and times prior thereto, the vessel cargo crane did not have an annual marine crane certification accomplished. This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.
