29 CFR 1910.38(e): The employer did not train employees to assist in a safe and orderly evacuation of other employees. Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards in the Memory building (building 1) and the employees did not know how to manually override the magnetically locked doors without a designated keycard maintained in the nurse's station.
