29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven - 7 feet or less above floors or ground were not enclosed: Employees on the installation crew were exposed to injury from in-going nip point hazards in that the chain and sprockets, approximately 3 feet from ground level, on the sod rolling machines were not provided with guards.
