29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On or about January 8, 2015, at the above addressed site, employees who were exposed to struck by overhead hazards from falling objects such as, but not limited to cans and boxes of stored grocery products were not provided with protective helmets to protect them from injuries.
