29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(1): Ladders shall be capable of supporting the following loads without failure: a) At Lot 105 Morgan Woods Auburn, Alabama: On or about January 6, 2015 and a times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to use a job made ladder on site to gain access to and from the second level of the house and the ladder did not have blocks under every rail.
