29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that the personal fall arrest system was rigged to prevent employees from falling more than 6 feet. An employee conducting framing operations had a 50 foot nylon rope connected to the D-ring of a body harness and the other end of the rope fastened to the backrest of the rough terrain forklift, on or about 12/11/14.
