29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about November 12, 2014, roof area at 2601-2639, three employees plastering the area were not protected from falling 10 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type of fall protection method.
